<p>Io e Katia ci stiamo dando alla panificazione. Si sa&#8217; con questa crisi dei mercati che c&#8217;e&#8217; nell&#8217;aria&#8230;<br />
Usiamo la <a href="http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pasta_madre">pasta madre</a> gentilmente offerta dal <a href="http://www.doblin3.net">Direttore</a>.</p>
<p>Basta solo tenerla viva ogni 2gg rinfrescandola con farina e acqua (5gg se la si tiene in frigo). Dobbiamo solo tararci un po&#8217; sui tempi di lievitazione e quantita&#8217; di sale. Oggi pranzero&#8217; con un bel panino homemade <img src='http://blog.angelofailla.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
